Evan's Potty Training Success!

We are so proud of Evan - he has been potty trained in the #1 department successfully since the fall, but was still having a bit of trouble "letting go" of his #2into the potty! We recently made a chart for Ev and each time he had a successful "potty experience" (I'm trying hard here in this post not to be a potty mouth!!) he got to put a sticker in the box. When he reached 10 stickers, we told him we would take a trip to the toy store to pick something out with his potty money. In less than two weeks, Evan completed his last sticker - literally he filled up box #10 on Saturday morning at about 7am and we were at "Toys R Us" by the time the store opened at 9am! He picked out two new trains for his Thomas train set, and a couple of accessories for his tracks. He has been playing with his trains ever since! We are so proud of him - no more diapers!! (until August) :)
Pictures from Winter 2009
Mommy has been slacking in the picture taking department since Christmas. Here are a few memories from January and February that I have managed to capture on camera. Painting, shoveling snow, building forts in the sofa, fixing a tear in the sofa with a drill, dinner with Grammy Dot, and building a snowman with Collin.
